Shipping & Returns

My pieces are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. If a piece is a custom order, turnaround time could be anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Once completed, orders may take up to a week to package and process before sending.

Shipping Domestic

All orders within Australia ship at a flat rate of $15.00.

Shipping International

All international shipping rates are an estimation.  If you would like a more accurate quote please email me at ayesha.a.aggarwal@gmail.com or via the contact page. Please note I am not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.  

Returns

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change for mind, but If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage, including the outer and inner packaging, and immediately email me at ayesha.a.aggarwal@gmail.com. Further action will be discussed at that time.

Please understand that I no longer have control over an item once it has left my hands, but I will do my best to accommodate you if an item is lost or damaged. If this occurs, a refund or exchange may be given.
